Nokia Care Suite

There are several Nokia products that carry the “suite” tag. A little clarification is in order then.

Nokia Suite, which is meant for the latest non-Lumia phones, will help you manage your mobile phone from your PC. You can manage your contacts, manage your media, manage your contacts, and so on.

Nokia PC Suite is basically the same thing as Nokia Suite – the difference is that it is meant for older Nokia phones. Nokia PC Suite allows you to transfer files from your phone to your PC, sync and back up files, send text messages, and so on.

Nokia Care Suite is nothing like these two. This tool is meant for advanced or experienced users who want to flash their Nokia phones. This is the company’s official tool for installing or updating Nokia firmware. If you think you have what it takes to do something like this, then go ahead and get Nokia Care Suite. But be aware that you might end up damaging your phone. So if you don’t want to risk it, best turn to a technician for help.

Installing Nokia Care Suite is a very straightforward process – and it’s presented in the Quick Look video that accompanies this article. I will mention that you can pick one of two installation methods: Complete (all program features will be installed) or Custom (choose which program features will be installed).

The following modules are presented on Nokia Care Suite’s dark-themed interface:
Fuse – add, edit, delete connections to Nokia devices.
Multi IMEI Reader – print IMEI of the connected devices.
Multi Software Updater – refurbish, update software and provision settings for multiple devices at once.
Product Support Tool for Store – refurbish, update software and other maintenance work for single product.
Troubleshooting – generate ZIP package with all necessary log files for troubleshooting.
